Job Description
Job Role:
- Building and deploying Machine Learning and Deep Learning based applications using programming languages like python, pyspark and should have demonstrated performance, innovation, insight and good judgment.
- Understand the data ecosystem and the infrastructure in place for Data Science projects
- Ability to understand the business use cases and build models.
- Research, design and prototype robust and scalable models based on machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling to answer key business problems
- Build end-to-end Data Science models with minimal or no supervision
- Deliver production quality, modular, reproducible code
Skills and qualifications:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in building Data Science solutions
- Research and Development mindset
- Strong understanding of various machine learning algorithms like Decision trees, Random Forests, Gradient Boosting, XGBoost, deep neural networks etc.
- Experience writing SQL codes for data exploration
- Experience or willingness to learn tools to create data pipelines using Airflow
- Degree in the field of Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or equivalent discipline
